The 4th XI Outdoor compete in Midlands Division 2. The 4’s are the club development team and are the first team most young players join when coming to the club. The aim if the 4’s is to introduce young and inexperienced players to competitive hockey and give them time to develop their skills before moving on to greater things within the club. The current squad consists of a mixture of young players and adults towards the end of their playing career. The 4’s provide a fun and low pressure introduction to the club where participation is more important than results.
