Dundee Cyclathon. 2009
Are you a cyclist? Looking for a fun day out?
Then don’t miss this year’s Dundee Cyclathon!
Last year, this annual charity event, organised by Claverhouse Rotary Club, attracted over 500 participants and over £30,000 was raised for local charities.
This year’s nominated charity is Cash For Kids, though entrants have the choice of choosing a charity or cause of their own choice.
The Cyclathon takes place on Sunday, September 13, starting from Camperdown Park. Entrants will cycle the 26 miles of Dundee's unique Green Circular Route. It is a fun event, with families, teams and individuals participating.
It’s not a race. Cyclists enjoy the day at their own pace.
Cycle repair facilities will be on hand. The event is well marshalled and there will be a Red Cross presence. And medals and refreshments at the end!
Entry fees are being held at last year’s prices. Individual £8 / Family £15 / Team £25.
